Marjorie (Ann) Bicknell is a graduate of Mundelein College (Ba in Theatre and English Literature) and Northwestern University (Ma in Speech). She served as managing director of Pary Production Company, Chicago, Illinois from 1980 to 1983. She studied playwrighting at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia, Pa and is a winner of the Pennsylvania Playwrights award, sponsored by York Little Theatre in York, PA. She is the founder of the Playwrights alliance of Pennsylvania, a non-profit organization devoted to promoting the work of new and emerging playwrights.

Boys Club, The

Synopsis:
Fourteen teenage boys have been savagely murdered. the trail of circumstantial evidence leads to the gay founder of a Boys Club/Settlement House. He has been arrested and is being held without bail. His only hope is a young lawyer who works to save the wrongfully accused and whose brother was saved by his membership in the boys club. Will she ultimately believe in his innocence, and will that belief end in glory or destruction?
