Ballad Of Reading Gaol, The

Synopsis:
Daniel Ross, a young merchant banker, is suing his colleague Finnegan for 300,000 pounds for calling him a bum-boy in an email. Finnegan, bullied mercilessly by Ross, will lose everything unless he can prove Ross is gay, which seems unlikely. Friday Morning

Synopsis:
a small family wake up to the sound of heavy tanks invade their peaceful village. the tension rises with a frantic visit from a neighbour and the local priest, before heavily armed soldiers come to arrest all the men. the wife left alone makes her young children sing to drown out the sound of their father's execution
