Marcia's work as a director & choreographer has been seen throughout the United States, in Canada, Great Britain and South KoreA. Favorite projects include SIMeON's GIFT by Julie Andrews, Emma Walton, John Buchinno & Ian Fraser for Bay Street Theatre; Off-Broadway's SeUSSICaL for Theatreworks/USA (and National Tour); Off-Broadway's COOKIN', CLOSeR THaN eVeR & RaDIO GaLS; aIN't MISBeHaVIN' (9 productions including sold-out houses at the Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Boston's Huntington Theatre and the Philadelphia Drama Guild (2 Barrymore award Nominations for Outstanding Musical & Choreography) and Arena Stage's ON the TOWN & OF thee I SING (Helen Hayes award Nomination for Outstanding Choreography.) She directs big classic musicals at the renowned Sacramento Music Circus in the summers. Marcia also writes plays with her husband anthony Dodge. their first play, the Edgar award-nominated SHeRLOCK HOLMeS & the WeST eND HORROR, had its world premiere at Bay Street Theatre in 2002 and has had successful productions from Florida to Utah. their current project playing around the country is HaTS! In the October, 2007 Marcia directed LOOK HOMeWaRD HONKY TONK aNGeL, their country musical with songs by Grammy-winner Larry Gatlin, at Lyric Stage in Dallas. Marcia & Tony dedicate their work to their beautiful daughter, NatashA.

Synopsis:
It's Fall, 1963. Sidney Bernstein, a brash cub Reporter resents his routine assignment and steals a lead on the deathwatch on the notorious Robert Stroud, the Birdman of alcatraz. Through legwork and pluck, Sidney discovers that the legend of the Birdman is fiction and resolves to find and print the Truth. along his journey he encounters the author of the book the Birdman of alcatraz, the last Warden on the Rock, the prison Chaplin, the Head of the Parole Board and many others including Hollywood star Burt Lancaster and the real Robert Stroud. Stroud is an unrepentant killer, as interested in his notoriety as he is his fame, and gloats how he will be remembered the world over. Through his stubborn determination Sidney discovers surprising things about the ugly side of this legend-and himself.

Sherlock Holmes & the West End Horror

Venus Flytrap

Synopsis:
