Synopsis:
a dark and bitter tragicomedy following the journey of two young Moroccans. Hadda is a young women whose history of abuse at the hands of a series of men leads her to a searching conversation with God and a terrifying decision about how she will respond to her oppression in the world. Hassan is a young man who encounters a series of situations, from interrogation to visa controls to impossible love. Hadda and Hassan Lekliches! builds a vivid picture of the pressures and constraints of living as a young Moroccan today.
