Synopsis:
Two middle-aged couples spend a weekend in a remote cabin; their visit is complicated by unanticipated events. It is only at the conclusion of the first act that the true state of affairs is revealed and a conspiracy is disclosed. the conspirators attempt to execute their plans in the second act; there are again unexpected developments (which lead to an ironic and satisfying ending)..
Notes:
the principal players Are two middle Aged couples. there Are three Additional Actors: A down-and-out bum, A young Academic, And An All-business Jack Webb type policeman. one simple set is used throughout. "Special effects" Are not utilized.
