        Devil and Daniel Webster, The

Devil and Daniel Webster, The

Synopsis:
The devil is known by many names, but we all know that he's not to be trusted, even in one's darkest hour. Jabez, a poor soul who can't seem to catch a break, has hit his personal low when a man named Scratch shows up to offer a deal; seven years of prosperity in exchange for his soul. Jabez takes the deal and his life takes a miraculous turn for the better, that is until it comes time to pay the piper. Now, with his eternal soul hanging in the balance, he hires famed lawyer Daniel Webster to get him out of a contract straight from hell. In a tale that draws as much from an episode of Law and Order as it does from history, this is the fight of the century, and one man's life and the future of a nation are at stake.
