Cory Hinkle is the recipient of two Jerome fellowships from the Playwrights' Center and received his MFA in Playwriting from Brown University. His plays include Cipher (SPF Summer Play Festival, Illusion Theater),Phosphorescence (developed at Rattlestick and Salvage Vanguard), SadGrrl13(Workhaus Collective), and Little eyes(developed at P73/Yale Residency and the Playwrights' Center). Other plays have been produced or developed at the aRT, Guthrie, Williamstown Theater Festival, Perishable, Red eye, Hangar Theater and Trinity Rep. Mr. Hinkle is a member playwright of the Workhaus Collective and has been commissioned by the Guthrie and the actor's Theater of Louisville. He is a former MacDowell Colony fellow, Sewanee Writer's Conference Fellow, and recipient of a Jerome Travel and Study Grant. He has been a finalist for the P73 Fellowship, the O'Neill Playwrights' Conference, Bay area Playwrights Festival, and the Heideman award. He is a Core Member of the Playwrights' Center.
