Bob is an award winning playwright, novelist and filmmaker, and recently has taken to short stories. His subjects generally have a political/historical/current event cast. He avoids psychology / introspection / disguised memoir. His work is plot driven. And he works in a wide variety of styles. He's written biographical plays of Christopher Columbus and Toulouse-Lautrec. A novel set in the Iraq War, and an NYPD procedural. And a trilogy of short stories entitled The Cragslist Stories, as well as writing and directing an indie movie featuring a vampiress. He lives in an unhip neighborhood of Brooklyn.
