Heads Up!

Synopsis:
Skippy Duggan is the cook on board the rich Martha Trumbell's yacht. He is also an inventor. The US naval police are investigating the yacht's Captain Denny a suspected bootlegger and Skippy helps them. Skippy invents a new lifejacket and becomes a millionaire. Denny who cannot swim is the first to be saved by the jacket. Denny becomes Skippy's chauffeur
