Guillaume is an actor, director, mime and magician. He formed Theatre Re in 2009. Guillaume trained at the Conservatory of Villeurbanne (FR) and graduated from the International School of Corporeal Mime in London under the direction of Corinne Soum and Steven Wasson. He also studied with Thomas Leabhart and Daniel Stein. Guillaume holds an MA in Text and Performance Studies from King's College & RADA. Apart from directing and performing in all Theatre Re's productions to date, Guillaume worked as a Movement Director with Andrew Visnevski, Sue Dunderdale and Bill Gaskill. He is an Associate Teacher at RADA, and is regularly invited to give workshops in the UK (London International Mime Festival, Fourth Monkey TC), the US (Louisiana State University) and France (Conservatory of Villeurbanne). He was recently commissioned by The National Theatre (UK) to produce a new literal translation of Tartuffe by Molière. Since 2014, Guillaume is an Associate Artist at South Hill Park Arts Centre (UK).

Gambler, The

Synopsis:
Enthralling visual tale combining movement, live music and new writing. Drawing on the experiences of real gambling addicts in North London, the Gambler is the story of Edgar; an old man trapped in his past. As he confronts his addiction, he wonders if his decisions were truly his own. Each spin of the wheel recalls the promise of a life he could have had. He gambles to remember, he gambles to forget.
