Synopsis:
He's Nearly In Me Prod. is proud to present enabling/disabling, two new one-act plays connected by themes and a character. In an industry being overrun by tabloid dating rumors, a coming-of-age ex-reality TV-star confronts the demons of the industry (and her head) by tattooing her ex-boyfriend's lyrics to her body. While ex-boyfriend Nick Lachey is not a featured actor, his symbolic presence is felt in the mental hospital where enabling takes place. The girl finds comfort in the doctor while also realizing her lack of control in the setting. The second play, disabling, features an up-and-coming LA actor who also finds himself fighting demons, but of a slightly different variety. His are the demons of budding success (cast in "new" Sorkin baseball film) in the landscape of his busy enigmatic mind as well as the dubious relationships he has with girls. His two friends play some role along the way, one as a voice of reason the other as entourage member/cocaine enabler
