Jacob Two-Two Meets the Hooded Fang

Synopsis:
Jacob always says things twice - mainly because no one listens to him. When he asks an adult for something he is heard both times - this is considered so rude that he is sent to the prison on Slimmers Island where the Hooded Fang rules
