Cuchulainn

Synopsis:
The play traces the lives of three warriors, Cuchulainn, Ferdia and Naisi, who in this version are contemporaries, raised together in the service of King Conor of Ulster. Their fortunes cross when Naisi elopes with Deirdre, the ordained wife of King Conor, an act which results in the death of both and pits Ferdia against his childhood friend Cuchulainn in battle.

Synopsis:
I Can See The Sea is a comedy about the hustle and bustle of a small Northern Irish seaside town, where the holiday makers cause havoc and the locals grit their teeth and grin. The story of a hectic weekend in Portbrae is told by three young people with very different feelings about the town where they grew up.

Onions Make You Cry

Synopsis:
Two bag ladies - one Catholic, the other Protestant - have turned their backs on a divisive society in favour of an anonymous, nomadic lifestyle. Bridget began life as a farmer's daughter destined to marry her childhood sweetheart; Emily was born into a world of privilege, power and eligible young men. Both have ended up alone on the road, outsiders with the freedom to mock the society that created them.

Water Babies, The

Synopsis:
Tom the sweep has a brief encounter with pretty Miss Ellie, but a furious chase lands him in deep water, where he meets a dancing dragonfly, a funky otter and a learned lobster from another land, as well as the fairies Mrs Doasyouwouldbedoneby and Mrs Bedonebyasyoudid. Tom desperately wants to see Miss Ellie again, but first he must navigate the perilous voyage to The Other End Of Nowhere.
