Here's Love
1960 New York. Mother and daughter Susan and Doris live together. Doris works at Macy's and is in charge of their events - she is getting things ready for the Thanksgiving Parade. Ex-marine Fred meets Susan and to cure her of her realistic look on life takes her to Macy's to meet Santa Claus. Doris and Fred fall for each other. then Santa is arrested and put on trial and it is Fred who defends him and has to prove that he does exist

Music Man, The

Music Man, The
Setting: River City, Iowa. 1912. Professor Hill is a travelling sales/con man. He pitches the idea of musical education as a tool to prevent teenage boys from falling into vice (Ya Got Trouble), painting a majestic picture of a marching band (76 Trombones). His scheme calls for selling lots of expensive musical instruments and band uniforms, but skipping out before the townsfolk discover he his background in musical education is phony.
