Downfall

Horse

Synopsis:
The woman sits alone in a stable where she delves into a life of horse thoughts and gallops through observations of horsey behaviour. She conjures a world where imaginary horses are ridden, tragic songs are sung and hilarious antics on a gym horse dissolve into a desperate desire to have one of her own. Synopsis:
What have you lost? Keys? Memory? Time? Hair? Sleep? The plot? Are you a Loser? Company F.Z look for their lost things. Three good friends have fun together until one goes missing. What do the remaining two do when one disappears? Where has she gone? Where do they look? Is she dead? Loser is the story of three people and the journey of grief when one of them is lost, the two remaining are surrounded by memories and belongings, sent spiralling on a staircase, falling on ice.

Created By Flick Ferdinando And John-Paul Zaccarini, part of London International Mime Festival 2001. The first Festival took place at The Cockpit Theatre and Arts Centre, London NW8, in January 1977. In that year the event was called The Cockpit Festival of Mime and Visual Theatre. It is now the longest running festival of its kind in the world. With the exceptions of 1983 and 1986, the Festival has taken place each year, featuring, in addition to workshops, films, debates and special events, performances by the following artists and companies.
