John Banas lives and works in Wellington where he is Associate Director of Downstage Theatre. He has written for television, radio, and the stage. He has also written satirical revues for Downstage Theatre and he will undertake this kind of work on commission. At present he is working on stage adaptations of his radio plays, as well as a full length play about Frederico Garcia Lorca. (1978)
