Love Bytes

Synopsis:
Peter, an ageing mid-level executive, is being sent by his company to a residential computer-training course. He doesn't want to go, but his daughter Sarah, who is fast tracking her career as a property lawyer, does everything to encourage him. Peter despises the negative consequences of communications technology and loathes Sarah's smart young boyfriend, Ned, a futures broker with Attitude. Ned's mother provides some unexpectedly welcome support. In a surprising twist, Peter comes out the winner of the mind games. The play is about generational values, materialism, rapacious property development and corporate dishonesty.
