Betty Bobbitt is an Australian born playwright. Betty Bobbitt came to Australia in 1962 as an actor and has since worked extensively in theatre and television. She has written for Mary Hardy, Darryl and Ossie, theatre restaurant, MTC one-offs and a number of individual artists. She has also written an acting course, political speeches and a book on 18th century theatrical history.

Synopsis:
When Taylor Woods, a 38 year old Web site designer, separates from his partner -- and boss -- he moves in with his mother. Celeste Woods is an actor, and on the day Taylor moves in she is offered a role that involves nudity. While she contemplates her dilemma and Taylor struggles with the unwelcome changes in his life, Celeste's closest friend, 40 year old theatre director Jenna Goodman, discloses problems of a more serious nature. Her ten-year marriage to the cellist Jack Nguyen is under threat. As they try to deal with their problems, the four characters learn more than they expect about themselves. . .and each other.
