Literary Agent:    n/a

Adam's screenplay, From Barefoot To Stilettos, adapted from the memoir "From Barefoot To Stilettos: it's not for sissies" by Memphis entertainment entrepreneur, Marie Pizano, has been acquired by MVP3 Entertainment and the film is in production with Red Thread Pictures. Adam is writing a new screenplay that explores the aftermath of a mother's tragic loss and developing a brand new play about the family ties that bind. He is also writing and developing the musical libretto for Chester's Quick Lunch with composer, Michael Conley. One of Adam's plays has been circulated among Producers (undisclosed) for a future theatrical production. Adam's one-act play, Psychotic, described as a "mature and sophisticated tale" about who wrote Hitchcock's Psycho, premiered in May 2012 at Jimmy's No. 43 in New York City; another piece, In Confidence, was featured in a separate Off-Off-Broadway-produced monologue series. Some of his short plays, the dark comedies, Sisters and Property to Boot, and the drama, A Patriot's Act, are to be theatrically staged. . .TBD. Adam has a B.F.A. in Theatre from Wayne State University and has also taken playwriting with Winter Miller. He writes for both theatre and film.

Psychotic

Synopsis:
In 1797, Coleridge awoke from a restless opium dream and began to write Kubla Khan. A few lines into the poem, he was interrupted by a "person from Porlock". Some people think this was an actual person; others believe it was a fiction created by Coleridge to explain his inability to finish the poem; still others feel it may have been an opium inspired hallucination. I've always found it an interesting fable presenting the fragility of creative momentum. The Challenge to writers: - Write a 5-8 minute scene that springboards from this tale - an interruption of creativity and a right turn into a wildly different direction
