andre is a graduate of Dalhousie University's Department of Theatre in Halifax, Nova ScotiA. His original works reflect a passion for honesty and true human emotion. Each new script is cultivated with it's own unique creative path to tell the story, entertain, and perhaps provoke some independent thought. He has also developed plays from such diverse sources as: letters to home, feature films, novels, and through extensive historical research. His writing styles have been compared to Woody allen, abbott & Costello, James Joyce, Monty Python, and Richard Linklater. "a sign of a good writer is his flexibility. Davey's mind continues to work while his play is in production. Indicating a loyalty to the art of writing." Michelle Cookson (Freelance theatre critique)

Pulp Fiction - Live!

Synopsis:
a story of justice served, couples in love, the duality of life and of good people making out in the finish. Injected with new twists, gender reversals, society's dependence on television and technology, as well as scenes not included in the original film. The play interweaves three tales told in a circular fractured manner, which only fully connect by the final blackout. The first story focuses on two hit men (Jules & Vincent) on duty for the big boss, whose gorgeous wife takes a liking to Vincent. In the second, a down-and-out pugilist, who is ordered to take a fall, decides that there's more money in doing the opposite. The final chapter follows a pair of lovers as they prepare to hold up the patrons of a club. (2hrs)
