The Soothsayer warns them of the Ides of March which they hope is not a new political party in Canada. Calpurnia, Caesar's Third Wife, who loves to party and shop, is flirting with Cassius when Caesar enters. Caesar is whining because he does not want to work at the Senate today. The gang convinces him to go. At the Senate, Caesar reveals that he is Brutus's father but Brutus is hurt that Caesar still loves Mark Antony more. Calpurnia, inspired by her hero Lady Macbeth, dreams of killing Caesar which would make her very happy. Cleopatra surprises everyone by showing up to confess her love for Mark Antony. She stabs Caesar and Brutus and Cassius try to finish him off but end up killing each other by mistake. The Soothsayer calls the field to rest and go away, to part the glories of this happy day!
