Justin Maxwell is an assistant professor at the University of New Orleans, where he teaches playwriting in their MFA program, the Creative Writing Workshop. His plays have been produced in NYC, Minneapolis, Chicago, and cities across Canada. His newest play, An Outopia for Pigeons will premier in Minneapolis in 2013. Justin has published prose in a variety of journals including American Theatre Magazine, Contemporary Theatre Review, and Rain Taxi Review of Books.

Ralph Wiley the inventor of plastic is put on trial on an island made out of plastic bottles. The tribunal consists of a dead bird, an angel and Roger Waters. After the trial Wiley finds himself on a beach on Easter Island together with the last surviving Easter Islander and Robert Oppenheimer. Piper Mckenzie's Dainty Cadaver

18 playwrights. 3 plays. One performance of each. Piper McKenzie's Dainty Cadaver is an Exquisite Corpse-style playmaking project in which multiple playwrights collaborate on a single work without knowing what the hell the others are doing. Each writer reads the previous scene, writes a new scene, and passes it on to the next writer - who doesn't see any of what came earlier. Beautiful madness ensues.
