Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Attended NYU's Department of Dramatic Writing (1985-1989), where he studied with writers such as Len Jenkin, Wendy Wasserstein, David Ives, Lonnie Carter, and others. Has published poetry (the Minetta Review, Spring 1992 issue), and was a Theater critic for NY Arts magazine from 1996-1998.

Covered In Dust

Synopsis:
When Bruce stays home from work for the first time in many years, it just happens to be September 11, 2001, and the financial firm he works for just happens to be headquartered in the World Trade Center. In the aftermath of the attacks, Bruce must not only deal with guilt arising from the fact that he survived when so many did not, but also must confront the truth of what he was doing that morning, just before the towers fell. the secrets he carries around and desperately tries to deny threaten to rip apart his family (his wife Diane, disgusted with her job and increasingly distant from Bruce; and his daughter, Stella, the only other person to know the truth of what happened that morning), and put his very freedom in danger.
