Born to Puerto Rican parents and raised in New York's Spanish Harlem and the South Bronx, Corina exhibited an early aptitude for entertaining that led to years of formal training before landing a recording contract with an independent label and releasing dance hits like Out of Control, Give Me Back My Heart, and Loving You Like Crazy. Her 1991 self-titled Cutting/atco Record debut album spawned 3 additional chart-toppers: Whispers, Now That You're Gone and Temptation which held a top 10 position on the Billboard's pop chart in the summer of '91. In 1996 Corina was flown into Atlanta to record a remake of Summertime, Summertime at the request of record producer Lil' John for their Columbia Records/So So Def's all-Star Base CD. Her songs & performances have taken her around the world, including Japan, europe, the Caribbean Islands and Moscow and she's appeared on TV shows like Regis & Kathy Lee, Show Time at the apollo, entertainment Tonight and MTV's Downtown Julie Brown. Corina continued to study voice with celebrated teacher Don Lawrence and polished her acting skills under such renowned thespian coaches as Susan Batson, Richard Scanlon and Caryn West. Theater and film work has been consistent for Corina, who most recently appeared on the Off- Broadway production of Yo Soy Latina at NYC's the Pantheon Theater (2004). as an actor, Corina has appeared in several films, including Tim Robbins-directed, Touchstone Pictures release Cradle Will Rock, in the role of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo opposite Ruben Blades, Susan Sarandon, Vanessa Redgrave and John Cusack. Her credits also include independent films like Funny Valentine, Fortunes opposite Mike McGlone, Big apple with Carlos DeLeon and the Italian film Doors of the Unknown. Behind the scenes, Corina's credits include Set Designer and executive Producer for a short HBO film Beauty, directed by long time friend Pepper Negron and written by Franc Reyes (writer/director of Universal's empire).

Synopsis:
Corina created FeaR & aLL OF Me to aid her through 'the healing process of working through her psychological baggage, confronting the issues and preventing them from continuing to affect [her].' the show begins with the personification of FeaR, symbolized by a pair of projected, larger-than-life, ruby-red lips and encompassing an eclectic, multi-media montage comprised of Corina's scrapbook of memories, followed by the grand entrance of her first character, ayelet, a sexually repressed Israeli-woman, who humorously recounts her first sexual experience with a man. the journey continues with Nena, the in-your-face Latina from el Barrio, who deals with spirituality in a unique fashion; Damaris, a culturally conflicted Latina raised in the South, is forced to confront her own issues of internalized racism while Bambi, a streetwise, yet endearing homeboy from South Central L.a., seeks acceptance despite his 'undeserved label'.
