Peppy Barlow is a founder member of the Wolsey Writers workshop and a director of the Woven Theatre Company which has been funded by the Arts Council to tour new plays. Her major work is a family trilogy which includes MOtheRING SUNDaY, short listed for the Verity Bargate and produced at the Wolsey Theatre and the eye Theatre and by Woven; MISSING, Woven Touring 2004; and BROKeN, the Pulse Festival Ipswich 2005. Other productions include the SUTTON HOO MOB, eastern angles Touring 1994, which is being revived for their Spring Tour 2006; SHaDOWS IN the DOORWaY, BBC Radio 4; aLWaYS the GUNS, winner of the First Look Industry Production award 2003; ReTURN, showcased at TaPS 2002; DeaD eND, the Wolsey Theatre; a GeORGe BY aNY OtheR NaMe and SHROUDeD, the Union Theatre Southwalk. FUTURe PeRFeCT, a feature film is in development with the Film Council. Peppy lives in Woodbridge, Suffolk and has many of her plays put on in the local professional Theatres. She has two sons. One is involved in tiger conservation and spends most of his year in the jungle. the other is a musician with a band, the Small Town Bullies, and works with children who are excluded from school.

Missing

Synopsis:
