Michael Bhim graduated from the Royal Court Theatre advanced Playwrights course in July 2004 and since, has had his short play, Night Moves, performed at the Pleasance Theatre, and various readings of work in progress at Soho Theatre and the Royal Court. In November 2005, he won the Alfred Fagon award for the play Daydreams of Hailey, and in May 2006 was selected to take part in a year-long attachment with Paines Plough Theatre Company called Future Perfect. His production, Distant Violence at the Tricycle Theatre, was aimed at raising awareness for the current plight in Darfur. He is currently on attachment at Soho Theatre where his play Pure Gold was produced..

Rough Cuts

Hung Over takes place as part of Rough Cuts, the Royal Court's annual season of work-in-progress, experimental pieces, readings and shorts.
