State Of Mind

Synopsis:
Roger Courtland discovers amongst his family papers a deed to a large chunk of Long Island. He declares an independent State and sets up road blocks to keep the Free State of Courtland from the rest of the United States. He seeks recognition of his "State". But the New York authorities just cut off water and electricity. Will it be war between the States?
