Synopsis:
The world premiere stage adaptation of Melvin Burgess's acclaimed novel. Addictive powder-laced playground of England's adolescent underworld. Disaffected and suffocated, Tar and Gemma want to fly, but no one can fly forever. The story of the forgotten generation taking arms against their oppressors as libertines, not soldiers. This is a simple glorification of youth and freedom of choice and a terrifying reminder that living fast and dying young is as cool as it gets. This is high energy multidimensional storytelling, awaking in its audience feelings that are supposed to remain hidden. This is a question of life or death.
