His credits while in training include 'Brent Boyd' in The Lounge, 'Nick Bottom' in a Mid-Summer Night's Dream, 'David' in The Rivals, 'Dottore' in Commedia dell'arte and 'Paul' in The Break of Day. Other theatre credits include the RSC's production of Richard III (Theatre Royal, Newcastle), 'Herbert Quale' in South Pacific (Whitley Bay Playhouse), 'John, Duke of Bedford' in Henry V (The People's Theatre, Newcastle), 'Mac' in Annie Get Your Gun (The Jubilee Theatre, Gosforth), 'Harold Crompton' in Spring and Port Wine, 'Fred Dyson' in When We are Married, 'The Waiter' in Strangers on a Train and 'Ed Cleckner' in The Golden Girls: T'was The Nightmare Before Christmas (all for Tynemouth Priory Theatre). As a successful press and media relations consultant, Steve has handled publicity for a range of theatre productions such as Over The Rainbow: The Eva Cassidy Story by Brian Langtry (2011 &2012 UK Tours) for Theatremaster Ltd, Guilty Pleasures by Ron Aldridge (Theatre 1st Ltd), Cirque du Ciel: Shanghi (Cirque du Theatre Ltd), Dirty Dating.Com by Pauline Fleming (PFP), and Peter Pan and Dick Whittington (Blue Genie Entertainments). He was delighted when, in summer 2014, he was asked to take responsibility for the tenth anniversary UK tour of Over The Rainbow: The Eva Cassidy Story by Brian Langtry (World on Stage Ltd). Steve began 2015 by continuing his association with World on Stage, promoting the spring tour of Magical Mozart by Candlelight.

Gee, But It's Good To Be Here! An Audience With Ethel Merman
Synopsis:
From her sensational debut in 1930's Girl Crazy to her final bow as the seventh Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly! in 1970, Ethel Merman powerhoused her way to the undisputed title of First Lady of Broadway. As leading lady in a whopping thirteen original musicals, she dumped the notion that musical-comedy heroines had to be all sweetness and light. Instead, she introduced theatre-goers to a string of gutsy dames and brassy broads - each with a heart of pure gold. Among the roles she created were Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Annie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun, Sally Adams in Call Me Madam, and 'Mama' Rose Hovick in Gypsy. So often satirised, sent up and imitated, we all know the legend that was Ethel Merman - but what was she really like? This brand new production, billed as the greatest 'Audience With' that never was, lifts the lid on the career of the larger-than-life Broadway star: the triumphs and tragedies; the feuds and the friendships, and everything in between!

Role To Die For, A
Synopsis:
The perfectly manicured claws are sharpened when five fading celebrities accept a mysterious invitation to attend an audition at the remote country mansion of a renowned but reclusive movie producer. The promise of a role that will catapult one lucky actress back to super-stardom only intensifies the rivalry between them but, with the movie mogul nowhere to be found, a dark figure glimpsed roaming the grounds and the mansion inhabited by only an ageing butler and a religiously devout housekeeper, the weekend quickly takes a more sinister turn. Soon, two in the house will be dead and those remaining will have to sweep aside their suspicions of one another and overcome paranoia in a bid to survive their terrifying ordeal and discover who has brought them together and the reason why. A Role To Die For is a taut thriller exploring the cult of celebrity, the fickleness of fame and the temptations of notoriety in today's media driven world. These attention-starved stars may be desperate to revive even the most flagging of careers. . .but what price are they prepared to pay for it?
