Man From The Ministry

Synopsis:
The town council learn that a government inspector is to come to their town undercover. Out of work actor Randall and his friend Jules a car mechanic have just checked into the pub. The mayor and council members believe them to be the inspectors. Randall and Jules are feted and accept large bribes. They leave together with the mayor's daughter who has beaten off her mother for the affections of Randall. Then the real inspector arrives
