Putting out Fires

Synopsis:
A teacher and her 1990 high school class reel from gun violence in their dysfunctional world, ghetto and hallway that mirror present day conflicts. Yet, in the midst of their fears, they manage heroic moments of howling laughter. This play is taken from her full-length Year At Risk.
