Glory Days
Glory Days
Synopsis:
Glory Days. The Bromley Contingents new play, written by Gemma Carmen in collaboration with the company, focuses on a group of school leavers in the last days of the summer before they go their separate ways. With some of the group ready to move on and others dreading change, friendships are inevitably put to the test. Combining an intimate, honest and relatable reflection on the end of an era with a series of verbatim recollections of the endless summer, Glory Days asks the apparently simple but highly evocative question: what did you do the summer you left school?
