Roger the Sixth

Synopsis:
Marcia returns home with her new husband, Roger. He knew that she had been married before but had not realised that he was her sixth and that Marcia had a child with each of her previous five husbands. the children are unruly and unable to stand on their own feet and Roger sets about sorting them out which to his surprise he does. Marcia seems to be resentful of what he has done with her other husband's children but tells Roger he will soon have one of his own to look after.

Separate Rooms

Synopsis:
Newspaper columnist Jim Stackhouse tries some match-making. He wants to get a rich husband for an actress friend Pam. He arranges for Pam to star in a play written by the rich man's brother, Don. But when the play is a success Pam marries Don to ensure a supply of good roles. When Jim learns that it is a marriage in name only he resorts to blackmail to sort things out.
