after nearly 20 years on the New York Theatre scene as actor, press agent, stage manager and director, Mr. Casstevens returned to his hometown of Yadkinville, North Carolina in 1975 to direct community Theatre. Since then, he has staged forty-eight plays and three world premieres. In addition to his plays, he is working on a novel.
