aaron is originally from a farm just outside of Falun, Kansas. He began writing plays in the early years of his college career and produced his first work Murder by Default in 1998. He received a Ba in theatre at Bethel College in North Newton Kansas in 1999 and would eventually move to Minneapolis, MN to pursue his playwrighting career. In 2005 Christopher was the sole founder of Urban Samurai Productions a not for profit independent theatre company. Urban Samurai Productions has since produced four of his works including The Fam (Minneapolis, MN 2005), Quarter Life Crisis (Minneapolis, MN 2005), Livelihood (Minneapolis, MN 2006), and Protection Program (Minneapolis, MN in 2006). Christopher's main body of work falls into the genre of dark comedy that contains observations of the human condition in the midst of a high tech/fast pace culture. He has been credited as having the unique ability to make half the audience cringe while the other half is laughing hysterically at his parody of real issues that frequently hit very close to home.

Fam, The
Synopsis:
When home is another word for the very bowels of hell, corrupted traditionalism, misguided Christianity, and passive aggressive parenting all rear their heads in this unforgiving comedic portrayal of the modern American Family. Mom and Dad desperately want to keep intact the image of a happy, stable, loving family and they're willing to gloss over and even blatantly ignore horrific levels of dysfunction to do it. Protection Program
Synopsis:
Otto Pfaff, it seems, lacks the ability to pronounce his own alias, assigned to him after being placed under Federal protection. His handler, a U.S. marshal drops Otto off in a small-town apartment and assures him that he'll be safe and then becomes completely unavailable. Otto, apparently never stable in the most placid of circumstances, descends into a hysterical tizzy at the arrival of Cynthia who has rented the same apartment due to a lease mix up. The two suddenly find themselves faking a rather surreal marriage to protect his identity and her honor in the midst of their intrusive neighbors. Then tension and pace builds right up to the end when Otto must face a life or death situation with only his interior decorating skills to protect him.
