Synopsis:
Set in the aftermath of the 2011 Fukushima disaster in Japan, and beautifully interweaves superbly lyrical writing with sharp social commentary. "I am going to record everything exactly as I see it. The question I have to address is whether the tragedy could have been prevented. Not the earthquake, not the tsunami, but the devastation".
