After the Dream

Synopsis:
When Helen and Dee celebrate their 20th anniversary with old friends Mia and Sandy no one could foresee how the midsummer evening would change by a series of events. When three travelers arrive the spell cast some twenty years before is overturned and everyone loves the wrong person again. Modern text and Shakespeare are entwined to bring madness and mayhem as well as heartfelt tragedy - but who will love who in the end?

A modern sequel to A Midsummer Night's Dream described as - when Shakespeare met Ayckbourn. A song can be included with permission

Baggage

Synopsis:
Sandra has a demanding husband and family whom she waits on hand and foot with never any appreciation. Annie is a bag-lady who wants to forget the tragic family life she left behind. How can these two very different women find friendship and help each other find a new start?

Bentley; Road to Justice

Synopsis:
Derek Bentley was hanged in 1953 for shooting a policeman but he never held a gun. Iris, his sister, fought for forty years to clear his name. This is her story told in multiple scenes of flashback and tableaux with her narration. A powerful and dramatic telling of her journey.

Black Eyes, The

Synopsis:
The Black Eyes - kids with no eyes: A phenomenon that became an urban myth in 1990s. Sightings in USA reported on the internet caused mass global interest. Based on some accounts from those who allegedly experienced this, plus fictional dramatic storylines of who these ghostlike weird children are, moves the story along with energy and suspense. With a touch of the supernatural young people will love this genre of physical theatre.

Jessie's Tree

Synopsis:
A dead oak tree is the setting for 4 stories that cover a century of one family. 1918 and Jessie meets Cecil both have lost someone they love in the great war. 1940 two local children meet two evacuees from London and find friendship. 1967 a young boy has to say goodbye to the grandmother who has brought him up after his own mother died. 1999 a group of friends are celebrating Halloween when a gatecrasher to their party turns out to hold the secret to a very special past. A great ensemble piece for youth/schools 11-18yr olds

Synopsis:
Crazy is a woman living in chaos but she is trying to clear out her house and her life but memories are hard to throw away. Sanity longs for clean lines and minimal clutter. Between them they must find a compromise and understand what makes them tick. Only by joining together can they reach a satisfactory end - love yourself and you can love life.

Stealing Me

Synopsis:
When an incompetent gang of Liverpudlian pickpockets decide to go into identity fraud Denny finds a discarded manuscript of a novel and decides to take on the guise of an author. A series of hilarious events mean he is finally caught but acquires four women admirers along the way. When prison seems a better option than freedom he finally finds his own creative talents.

Seven women wait whilst the tempest rages. Their men are in two fishing boats out on the Bristol Channel trying to help a vessel in distress. The storm brings in a traveler - an Irish doctor on his way from Bristol to Watchet .He helps the women the best he can but who will perish and who will be saved. Which women have secrets and who will end up being freed?
