Synopsis:
Kieran is a dreamer in London from Dublin trying to find work and a purpose in life. He is being ripped-off by his landlady. His homeless "best" friend shops him to the DSS for moonlighting whilst on the dole. The DSS fraud officer given his case has fantasies of being a hard boiled detective and she is ridding the streets of scum
