Deathclaw 7: the Escape

Synopsis:
Deathclaw 7: the escape is a comedy set in the world of low-budget exploitation filmmakers. Steve Klayman, the director/creator of the horror/slasher Deathclaw film series, has decided to break free from his never-ending contract with Morty Sobotnick, his producer. But Steve is being haunted by the central monster character of the series, Alvin, who has suddenly come off the screen and into Steve's life. Alvin is convinced that he is a great independent movie star and that, by ending the series, Steve is trying to kill him. Steve begins a desperate search for Lucy, his estranged mistress and former leading lady who, he believes, holds the key to Alvin's destruction. Ultimately, Steve must choose between Alvin and Lucy, between his own self-imposed limitations and the true freedom that only he can give himself.

Suddenly, she is presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity - an opportunity which will force her to choose between her obligations as a mother and her desire to pursue her long-delayed dream of becoming an artist.
