Hatchet Man, The

Synopsis:
the devil comes to Nova Scotia; God soon follows. a divine comedy. "Time Out reviewed "the Hatchet Man" in April 1992. they were kind. In truth LeGrice did a great job and the cast was really good, making my silly little sketch - which started as a radio play for the CBC (they ended up not doing it because I wouldn't ditch the cuss words) - look quite impressive. Other than the DOC prod of "Buddy/Hatchet Man" I'm reliably told there was a pirate production in Glascow in 1993 or 1994 - and a printed review of it out there somewhere.)" - author

Notes:
(actually "the Councillor Buddy;" the English producers changed the name for fear of confusion with the Buddy Holly musical. Go figure.)
