Since seeing his first play (Trouble In Panto Land - with Michael Grady) performed at the age of 15, Tom has written a further eight plays for the stage, has won a place in three writing festivals, been nominated for Best New Writing at the Buxton Fringe three consecutive years and recently been awarded the Cameron Mackintosh award for New Writing.He has since had 5 full plays, two short plays, one musical and 2 collaborations performed - in Buxton, Manchester, Oxford, Edinburgh and London. His latest play 'still Life' is scheduled for a rehearsed reading in London this year as well as a performance in OxfordTom is currently studying Philosophy and theology at Oxford University. Outside of writing, Tom enjoys caving, Nietzsche and knocking peoples hats off in the street. Income Taxi

Synopsis:
Running an illegal taxi company from his bedroom, a hot-dog stall and chat line as well as studying politics and competing in telephone chess, Gerry is a busy man. Without realising it, he is also in the middle of a massive money laundering scheme. Sadly on the day he discovers this, his taxi company falls apart, his girlfriend decides they need to talk - and a tax inspector calls. . .
