Holiday DelightsHoliday Delights
Synopsis:
This festive evening of stories, songs, magic and dance tells the story of a young girl's journey to discover what is really important during the holidays. During her journey she learns about the special traditions of other families and comes to realize the importance of her own family traditions. The young actors bring to life scenes from classic holiday stories including Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, Louisa Mae Alcott's Little Women and Henry van Dyke's The Very Best Christmas Tree as well as original stories of a contemporary family celebrating Hanukkah and a Gloucester family celebrating the holidays in turn of the century Cape Ann.
