Time To Kill
Synopsis:
Riverside Park Estate, close to Henley, reeks of affluence and the good life. Home to business executives, company directors, successful self-employed and their wives, life here is idyllic. A happy, uncomplicated existence. It would appear the only worry is where to take winter holidays. Klosters or The Bahamas? But beneath this veneer lurks a seething cauldron of resentment, jealousy and betrayal. The ladies of Riverside Park have too much time on their hands. Time to kill. One life-changing day the death of an innocent housewife rocks the very foundations of Riverside Park. How did she die? Was it suicide? Was it murder? Until this question is answered, fear stalks every man, woman and child. If it was murder, who was responsible? Maggie Parkes is determined to bring the murderer of her friend to justice. Enlisting the help of three other housewives, she isolates the chief suspect, a local Lothario. They entice him into a trap. He is forced to defend himself. He knows that to lose means death. But it soon becomes clear to these four sleuthing housewives that all is not as black and white as it seems in Riverside Park Estate. What goes on behind closed doors is about to be revealed in the most dramatic and frightening manner. What they learn about that fateful day will scar their lives forever.

Two And Two Make Sex
Absurdity, taken with seriousness and decorated with the ridiculous, and logic foundering in bizarre situations these are the farcical formulas well exploited in this play. George is getting into his fifties, his sexual virility nagging at him, one way or another. He is having an affair with twenty year old Jane. His wife, Clare, sensing that something of the kind is going on, fixes up a way of dealing with the situation. Jane has a boy friend, Nick. The quartet play out their charades in a double setting, the living room of George and Clare's home, and Jane's flatlet. The cross antics, seen separately and simultaneously, are very amusing. Later on, other characters materialize, and there is a mass confrontation, most ingeniously contrived.
