Erin Austin-originally from Tampa, FL and Ross Evans- Indianapolis, IN met and began collaborating artistically at the University of Miami. Today, they serve as co-artistic directors of the Plastic Flamingo Theatre Company. In addition to writing, Ross is a stage director who has worked regionally, on Broadway, and off-off Broadway assisting shows as diverse as White Christmas to Venus in Fur. He was recently awarded the Mary Mills Directing Fellowship from the Manhattan Theatre Club.
