Truth the musical

Synopsis:
TRUTH is inspired by the life and words of Sojourner Truth  an African/American woman born into slavery, who escaped into freedom with her infant daughter to become an abolitionist and womens rights activist, and went to court to recover her son, winning the first case against a white man. Her best? known extemporizing speech on gender inequalities, Aint I a Woman? was delivered in 1851 at the Ohio Womens Convention in Ohio.
