Counting Off The Days
Synopsis:
Western Hills Nursing Home is just another one of God's waiting rooms, a place where youth and hope are fading memories and death is the only visitor. That is until Kelvin, a wayward teenager, is forced to serve a 90-day community-based order amongst the decaying fossils of Western Hills. Kelvin quickly discovers that not everyone at the nursing home is past their use-by date. Some of them are real people with real emotions, needs and money in the bank - a perfect environment for an enterprising young bloke to sell the odd unfulfilled dream or two. . .

No Time On
Synopsis:
Even though they've been bypassed by the new highway, seen the fertilizer factory close down due to the recession, and had the Shire Office relocated to the more prosperous Lochbrook, the people of Gilgerie still have a football team. Trouble is, the town hasn't won a Premiership for 28 years. But all that's about to change, because prominent local businessman, Wally Carlisle, has enticed the legendary, Shark Bateman to Gilgerie as playing Coach. Although his glory years are fast becoming sporting nostalgia, Shark Bateman still believes he's got what it takes to put Gilgerie back on the map. But in reality, both the town and Shark Bateman are kicking against the wind in the last quarter - with no time on.
