Eric caught the Theatre bug as a singer at the age of seven and happily has never recovered. It has given him a fascinating and rewarding life. evacuated to South Wales in World War II, he toured with a children's accordion band and on return home won a talent contest and became an amateur actor, then a play director and entertainment organizer during R.A.F. national service. He entered show business as an assistant manager with the Golders Green Hippodrome company, moved on as a relief manager for the London essoldo Cinema Circuit before managerial posts at Hinckley and Ryde's Commodore Theatre where he also directed plays. Moving into local government in 1962 as deputy entertainment officer for the borough of Watford, he progressed to major managerial posts at Camberley (Civic Theatre), aldershot (Princes Theatre) and Slough (Fulcrum entertainment Centre) where he engaged many national and international artists, becoming chairman and then president of the Civic entertainment Officer's association and was awarded a rose bowl at the Arts Council for services to the Arts. a founder member of Bushey Operatic Society and founder of Camus Productions, Camberley, eric appeared in dozens of major musicals, was chairman and later president and also worked with several Drama groups and began writing pantomimes and plays, at present totaling 27 titles all published by Jaspers, with a total to 2006 of 225 productions including those in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Bermuda and Ireland. His CinderElla has been produced professionally with eric playing Baron Hardup and he has worked professionally with panto artists such as Tommy Trinder, Harry H. Corbett, Ian Lavender, FrEddie Davies and Valentine Dyall as well as appearing in over 120 T. V. programmes and films alongside actors as diverse as anthony Hopkins and Russ abbott. Having scripted half a dozen shows for associated Performing artists, he also appeared in them, notably the Wireless Years presented at the Players Theatre London and toured Southern england. He has further penned historical plays and written hundreds of press Theatre reviews of amateur and professional productions plus features for the Stage. Other writing has included televised and broadcast children's stories and a successful novel, the Cosmopolitans, a humorous show business tale, a must for all Theatre lovers. Now residing at Worthing and proud of his three professional actress granddaughters, eric is busy giving talks on his life in show business and is always willing to help and encourage Drama groups with pantomime and play productions.

Alice In Pantoland

Synopsis:
a new comic fantasy where the White Rabbit takes alice to his house to meet his pantomime friends including Mother Hubbard, Sinbad, the Queen of Hearts, the Pied Piper and Jack (from Jack and the Beanstalk). Visiting Robin Hood's camp, the party are captured by the evil sheriff, Sir Guy, who imprisons them thinking they are outlaws in disguise, but they are rescued by Robin with the aid of alf the elf. Throughout the plot alice learns of all the panto traditions and on return home is promised a visit to her first pantomime.

Cinderella

Synopsis:
a great, traditional pantomime high in comedy, as are all of Eric Fowler's excellent scripts. Two pests of ugly sisters, aphis and Millipede, threaten to spoil the panto for CinderElla when they tear up her ticket for the Palace Ball. Eternal Youth

Synopsis:
