John and Helen are expecting their first child. But Helen feels cheated. Why should she bear the pain of childbirth while John remains a not-so-innocent bystander? She stumbles upon a plan by which John can truly play a part in the birth. Now the score will be even - maybe. Throw in a treacherous midwife and an offal-eating tenant and you have Sweet Meat, a tale of love, deception and offal. Not for the faint-hearted.
