Rivers to Cross takes audiences on a 174-year rollercoaster of a multi-media journey through imperialism, segregation, the Civil Rights movement, the Windrush era and the Black Consciousness movement, telling the true stories of great accomplishments in the face of adversity. the play features a host of greats including Ira Aldridge, Walter Tull, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, Dr Harold Moody, Paul Robeson and President Barack Obama, in an examination of the black male experience since emancipation.
