Marin Gazzanigas first play, So Close, was produced at Walker Space with Rising Phoenix Rep (dir. Michael Sexton). It received a Pilgrim Project grant and was named a Dont Miss Pick in Time Out NY. Her plays have been developed by LAByrinth Theater Co. and Primary Stages ESPA, among others. She is a two-time semi-finalist for the ONeill Playwrights Festival and a finalist for the Heideman Award. She has co-produced plays off-off Broadway and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She is also a writer and producer for film, TV and digital. She co-created the original web series Like So Many Things with Anslem Richardson, which appeared on IFC.com and shes written award-winning content for HBO Digital. Most recently she was co-head writer of One Life to Live. She is a member of SAG, WGAE, and the Dramatists Guild and Authors Guild.
